At Aakotek Ghana Limited, We ensure that your rights are protected. So we have laid down procedures for our transactions. When you first contact us, we will issue you an official welcome letter and then proceed with an application form when you decide to do business with us.

Depending on the type of service you request, you will be required to sign our terms and conditions before we commence any project.

We also offer 40% refund of any deposit made towards an offer within the first three months of your transaction with us. Thereafter we will only refund 20% should you decide to back off.

If you purchase a land from us under our normal terms and conditions, we are only able to submit your documents for registration at the appropriate department at the initial stage, but you will be responsible for the follow up thereafter. If you commit us to do the follow up, we will charge you for the service. Terms and Conditions will not apply when there is an offer during the time of purchase.

Aakotek will endeavour to communicate with you at all times, giving
you regular updates through any means of your choice whilst we handle
your project. We can on request a photo or video diary
for your comment or for posterity. We encourage site visits, and we welcome feedback that will help us maintain the high level of service we aspire to render.

We have a zero tolerance policy in relation to abuse and distortion and also adhere to respect and accountability.
